Our belief is that the future of design is in the creative. As the world gets smaller and smaller, and we all have access to the same resources, the role of the designer is to facilitate a more meaningful conversation about what design can do to transform how we feel about ourselves and our lives.
We passionately believe that the spaces we create for ourselves matter and we want to invite the public to embrace that concept with us at our design laboratory, Foundation 2.
Foundation 2 Chicago blends retail and experience together through small design vignettes, each offering a unique perspective. As you move through our space, we want to shift your focus from examining individual pieces to a greater awareness of how the compositions make you feel. This is how we begin a deeper dialogue about how we can design your space to be everything you want it to be.
Our Michigan location brings our Foundation 2 concept to life with a distinctly Michigan feel. Our storefront and studios, tucked along Red Arrow Hwy in Union Pier, offer a custom blend of retail and design experience unlike any other in the area. Our collection of furniture, décor, home goods and accessories come together in styled scenes that allow you to envision transforming your own space and how you live.
